Check In Policy
Check in is from 2 pm, and check out is before 10 am. An early check in or late check out may be possible depending on availability on the day.
If you are arriving on the day you booked, please contact reception to ensure that your booking has been received.
Credit card details will be required on check-in for apartment security – or a cash deposit $200.
We can’t guarantee specific apartment requests prior to check in, but we try our best to fulfill them.
Office hours 9am - 5pm weekdays, 9am - 12pm weekends.
Late check in - dial 9 on the handset at entrance and our night service will answer and advise.
